This EGR Delete Kit is compatible with 1.9 PD105 and 2.0 16v TDI PD, PPD, and CR engines.
It replaces the EGR valve while preserving the ASV (Anti Shudder Valve), ensuring smooth engine shutdown.
The EGR valve’s function of recirculating exhaust gases into the intake can lead to carbon buildup, negatively impacting fuel efficiency and engine performance.
Please be aware that installing this kit will trigger a diagnostic trouble code (DTC), causing the engine management light to activate, and will necessitate ECU remapping to disable the EGR system in the software.
