This kit is designed to remove the EGR cooler on 2.0 and 1.6 CR 140/170 TDI engines with oval ports.
Compatible exclusively with CR140, CR170, and 1.6 oval port engines, it is not suitable for round port or MQB platforms.
Installation requires minor trimming of the original rubber hoses and possibly filing a small section of the inlet manifold to fit the blanking plate.
The kit includes:
one small blanking plate, one large blanking plate, one gasket, and a stainless steel pipe, all crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel in Sheffield, UK.
